I’m Serena Hewitt, a Level 3 Reiki Practitioner.
Having been a practicing Reiki practitioner since 2008, I decided to study for my Level 3 which enables me not only to practice Reiki, but to teach it. There are a lot of people out there that I think will benefit from my teaching.
If you are looking to learn Reiki, there is no timescale involved, it all depends on your understanding of the principles and energies involved. Reiki is a type of energy that will call upon the person that it needs to be taught to. You learn about the whole healing system; you are actually practicing the different ways the therapy works and the techniques as well.
As you learn and practice Reiki, it cleanses you. So every time you do a healing, you’re actually being healed yourself – you’re open to your body detoxifying, open to realigning and balancing your spiritual, mental and physical awareness.
You do go through a transformation with Reiki. Give yourself time to actually feel the transformation, the elements and the changes. Reiki could give you a whole, new, positive perspective.
